it says this is not a diet. i breastfeed long time ago and all i ate were healthy food like p90x program my mon and doctor recommend it to me. more healthy u eat more cuality breastfeeding not to mention that u are working out so u’ll lose weight twice as fast. i wish can breastfeeding lol

Hi, just finish watching your very informative video. Today I started P90X exercise program and I didn’t even think to change my diet. I am breastfeeding and I plan to breastfeed until June. I have heard that I shouldn’t go on a diet while breastfeeding. So can you give me some advice?

Howdy so I’m a 220 LB 15 yr old male and I just have a few questions.

Thanks for the reply & your honesty. I have on hand Isopure 220 cal 0 sugar 3g carbs 50g protein per serving. I’ll see how that works for now. Maybe do a 3 day cleanse. I’ll keep you up to date for sure.

But is it the best (most convenient way to get that qualify of ingredients at the best price)? YES. Remember, as I mentioned in the video, 70% of results will come from your nutrition. If you can find a way to afford it, then get Shakeology. If you can’t, don’t worry, you can still have great results and improve your health!
