    That shit is true I smoke almost everyday and I do get lazy sometimes. But Sometimes I smoke dro and feel lifted, so I thought that would help when I do pushups cuz I feel lighter haha

    I kinda have to disagree w/ this video. What you said is true except the lung thing. It really depends on the person for sure. Some people don’t get munchies(I do) and weed makes some people work harder(Me). So yeah….

    This video is absolutely ridiculous and MISLEADING. For hardgainers like myself, “the munchies” can be used to stimulate the appetite and GUESS WHAT?!?!?! IF YOU DON’T BUY THE JUNKFOOD IN THE FIRST PLACE, POT ISN’T GOING TO MAKE IT MAGICALLY APPEAR! And don’t think that pot just makes everyone mellow! I get a pretty energetic high off a good sativa strain. I would say do you research first and then make a video.

    Lol generalizing all people with marijuana use is crazy..everyone is different. Smoking pot and working out only doesnt work if you fall into the idea that if you smoke you are lazy..you can still work out/lift weights/ marijuana is a drug that is meant to mellow you out..its not an escape route from your daily priorities, anyone who is doing that is just abusing the plant..be smart and you can take care of everything you need to take care of

    so if i smoke weed but have the will power to keep on training hard, redirect my munchy`s into eating healthy stuff and train my cardio enough to compensate for the smoking im fine? btw did you think about the fact that if you smoke weed and no ciggarets you probably smoke way less than the average cigaret smoker? (srry for spelling not my first language and i cant even spell right in dutch)

    2. When I’m stoned, I get into the workout and try harder on that last rep
    3. I’m sure your statistic about lower oxygen levels in the blood is from TOBACCO smoke. There probably is some decrease, but tobacco smoke is much harsher on the lungs than pot

    Amazing. Great that you took on such a topic as pot and working out, i hadn’t even thought about it, but this is very interesting. My mentality lately is to eat healthier, so i try to control my munchies, but yes you have some very valid points, thank you for pointing this out, and just an fyi i am going to use this video as my encouragement to quit smoking pot.     I’m at the gym 5-6 days a week, and I rep till I hit muscle failure with every set, and every day after the gym, I BLAZE!!! I’ve been doing it for the past 6 years. Weed increases my appetite and makes it possible for me to consume 4500 calories and 300 grams of protein that I need everyday.

    Na i don’t think this is true i go to the gym all the time lit as fuck and it fells like i get a better work out the next day weed actually helps your respiratory system and makes breathing easier unless your smoking out of something that has tobacco in it like a blunt plus i think its all about self control if your really committed you won’t eat all that junk food when it comes to getting high.
