    here: this technique was developed by Mike Mentzer. here’s an example:

    imagine curling a barbell only here’s the catch: count to ten seconds when you’re curling it up and the same number when you’re bringing it down.

    10 seconds on the positive, 10 seconds on the negative. :)

    you misinterpreted what i wrote. I’m pro HIT. Most people dont understand the whole concept of HIT to realize how good it is. They listen to the sets, rep ranges, and time spent training and merely apply there more is better mentality to it not realizing that its about heavy weights, slow reps, and minimal rest between exercises. When done properly its brutal training and most efficient. 2 hr + workouts are bullshit.
