Use Weight Training For Women To Burn Fats
The idea of women using weight training to burn fats and stay in shape is not new. Although weight lifting and strength training are predominantly for male, the trend is shifting now and weight training for women can actually get you firmer and sexier abs, as compare to only using cardio exercises to burn fats.
The benefits of women doing weights will actually help combat osteoporosis later on and increased strength, while putting on less lean muscles like their male counterparts. 2. Weight training- 3 sets of 10-12 reps per set will get you started on those muscles. Always aim to beat your previous sessions workout weights, preferably train to failure on your last set. However, do not forget about your form because form is important, if unsure, always crosscheck with your trainer or a program.
3. Full body workout – Weight and strength training doesn’t necessarily means bigger biceps or triceps, perform a full body workout that will work your arms, legs, back as well as your abs! This is the ultimate goal for most people, and having those six pack abs will require work!
4. Importance of proper diet – If you’re starting on weight and strength training or you’ve already started, you’ll notice just how important proper diet and food intake can be for you. Therefore don’t waste those effort by not eating right! Eating right in the correct nutrition section and the right amount can propel you fitness exercise!
